  • Post Minor injuries- focusing on a full recovery of the injury, and timely return to the normal life with optimized physical functioning.

  • Lower Back Pain- customized program made to relieve pain, stabilize and strength lower back muscles, improve flexibility, posture training and range of motion correction.

  • Balance- we help individuals who experience vertigo, and balance issues to rebuild their balance and decrease dizziness.

​

  • Stiffness- the designed program is focused on to improve circulation, reduce inflammation and develop better range of motion.

​

  • Weight Loss- to ease and prevent injuries, to feel great and be a better version of yourself.

​

  • Nutrition plans and weekly check-ins for clients in the weight loss category.

​

  • Functional Movement Therapy- Functional Movement is any movement that person does daily, some people are restricted of comfortable and painless movements, that’s when this therapy is coming helpful. We recognize the problem and create a customized program to improve your everyday life mobility.

  • Therapy Exercise- we work with our clients on specific issues and their goals. Our goal is to restore normal function, so they can get back to an active lifestyle without pain or discomfort.

  • BFR (Blood Flow Restriction)- BFR training can help clients to restore strength, balance muscle strength between left and right sides of the body while lifting lighter loads, thereby reducing the overall stress placed on the limbs and joints.
