DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?
No, you don’t need a doctor’s referral, but you do need a clear up document to be signed by your physician.
WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?
The new patient procedure contains of meeting one on one and lasts an hour. We ask new patient questions that requires for building a program that fits to patient’s needs. We do measurements if needed and taking through a Functional Movement Screening to discover the main points to work on. We also take pictures to compare progress in the future. It also the best time for new patient to have his/her questions ready, we will be answering them during this meeting.
WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?
We do not accept insurance at this moment.
